Before any project begins, our standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) ensures that your CAD blueprints, technical tolerances, and project specifications remain 100% confidential. No third-party sharing occurs without your explicit written authorization.
2. GDPR & EU Data Compliance
Operating under APAK GmbH in Cologne, our digital infrastructure fully adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only essential contact data for project coordination and invoicing. Your data is encrypted, stored on secure servers, and is never sold to third parties.
3. Secure Data Handling & Deletion
Upon the completion of your contract manufacturing project or at your direct request, we provide a certificate of data destruction. We permanently delete all associated CAD files (STEP, DXF, PDF) and project documentation from our active engineering databases.
